Inn bedroom rates range in price from $130 to $145 plus tax. One-night reservations are accepted at the discretion of the B&B (excluding the Katelyn Master Suite) with an additional $5 service fee. One-night stays are assigned rooms at the time of check-in. All rooms have queen-size beds, cable TV, wireless Internet and private baths.
Inn bedrooms are located on the first and second floor.
Elizabeth Room

Elizabeth Room is decorated in a French motif and features a queen bed, drop leaf desk, comfortable boudoir chairs and flat-screen TV. A
private, adjacent full bathroom with a reproduction pedestal sink and tub/shower combination is decorated in period yellow and blue.
Charlotte Room

Room is decorated with East Lake oak dressers, a reproduction bronze queen bed, upholstered chairs and ottoman. A private, in-suite
bathroom features a subway tile shower and marble-top sink.
Katelyn Room

The Katelyn Room
is our largest room and has an adjacent private bath with jet tub and separate shower decorated in an Italian motif with
granite, copper and marble. This bedroom is a restful pastel green with Victorian botanical accents. There is a large flat screen TV in this
spacious room with tufted armchairs and ottomans to sit and relax in.
Leathers Room
with private in-room bath $130 per night.
The Leathers
Room is located on the first floor with a private entrance, Queen-size bed and in-suite bathroom with a
tiled shower. There are
comfortable chairs to lounge on while watching the large flat-screen TV
with surround sound.
