Reservations and Rates

Reservations should be made by phone or email to check for availability.

Please confirm you are reserving by email after making PayPal or check payment.

A minimum 1-night deposit to reserve a room must be paid within 3-days of reservation if made 30+-days in advance, by check or PayPal. If you are booking less than 30-days in advance, a deposit within the day of your reservation by credit card through PayPal is required.
Remainder plus tax is due upon arrival paid by cash or check only. If using PayPal to make initial deposit there is an additional booking fee of $5-10 depending upon your payment amount.

One night stays are at the discretion of the B&B: Please add $5 service fee for Elizabeth, Charlotte or Leathers Rooms if booking 1-night. Rooms for 1-night stays are assigned at the time of arrival. All bedrooms have private baths and queen-size beds.

We are a no smoking, no pet B&B. Please call for availability of our child-friendly rooms, if you are bringing children under 7-years old.

Rooms during holidays and events may vary in rate, please call for pricing.

*Cancellation Policy: Up until 30 days prior to your stay we will deduct a $30 service fee and return the balance of your deposit. This does NOT include holiday or special event dates. With fewer than 30 days notice, deposits are subject up to an additional $50 service fee, if we are able to rebook the room. Within 14-days cancellation, deposit will be forfeited if we cannot rebook your room.

Check-out by 11:00 AM Sharp. Please tell us if you are not joining us for breakfast.

Parking: There is free unlimited parking directly in front of the Inn. Off-street parking on Dice Street (turn on the corner where Nolan's Plumbing store is located and take your first left into the driveway, parking in gravel lot).

Continental breakfast included. Breakfast available between 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM on weekends and 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM weekdays (special times by request). We serve coffee cake, breads and muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice and more. Please let us know of any dietary allergies.

Free public tennis courts located 1 block from the Inn.

Private Health Club ACAC 2 blocks from Inn, with indoor racket ball courts, workout rooms and pool.

The Leathers-Snyder B&B is conveniently located just 2 blocks from downtown Charlottesville where you will find a lively pedestrian Mall with over 50 restaurants, tennis courts, live theaters featuring national as well as local artists, a movie theater complex and indoor skating rink! There are free trolleys that will take you from the Mall to the University of Virginia and it's Medical Center, as well as public buses and AMTRAK and GREYHOUND stations. All within walking distance of the Inn.
