Reservations should be made by phone or email to check for availability.

We are a no smoking, no pet B&B. Please call for availability of our child-friendly rooms, if you are bringing children under 7-years old.

Rooms with private baths start at $115-$150 per night plus tax during non-holiday and events. 
One night stays: Please add $5 service fee for Elizabeth, Charlotte or Leathers Rooms.

A minimum one-night deposit to reserve a room must be paid in advance, remainder plus tax is due upon arrival. You may use PayPal for an additional $3-10 booking fee (see button below) or mail a deposit check the day you make your reservation!
We can hold your reservation up until 1 week until a Paypal or check deposit is received.

Cancellation policy:
 
Up until 30 days prior to your stay, we will deduct a $30 service fee and return the balance of your deposit. With fewer than 30 days notice, deposits are subject up to a $50 service fee. Within 48 hours cancellation, deposit will be forfeited. For high season, holidays and special events, call B&B for more info: 1-434-974-7285. This policy is subject to change. Check-in 5:00 PM weekdays, 1:00 PM weekends or by appointment only.
Check-out by 11:00 AM Sharp.

Parking  There is free unlimited parking in the Historic District.

Continental breakfast included. Breakfast available between 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM on weekends and 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM weekdays (special times by request). We serve coffee cake, breads and muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice and more. Please let us know of any special dietary needs.

Public tennis courts and a fitness center is located 1 block from the Inn with indoor racket ball courts, workout rooms and pool.  Walking trails and wine country maps available!

Let us host your next meeting, special event, reception, party, art opening, or any intimate occasion. The dining room,  parlor, kitchen and atrium room are adjacent to one another and room with a capacity of  45. Call 434-974-7285 for more information!

The Leathers-Snyder House B & B is conveniently located just two blocks from downtown Charlottesville...a short distance from a lively pedestrian mall where you will find over 50 restaurants, tennis courts, three theaters featuring national and local artists.

There are free trolleys from the Downtown Mall to the University of Virginia as well as public buses which travel throughout the city. Amtrak and Greyhound stations are walking distance from the Inn.
